Assign Tags Feedback/Improvement Suggestions

In setting up a new ES server and going through the assignment of packages, i found the assign tag useful. As it exists today, there could be room for improvements and here are some that i'd like to propose:

1. Need another view with available created tags and in each of the tags, a view of which devices are assigned to those tags currently 
2. Need another view of which packages are assigned to each tag
3. Bulk assign devices to tags
4. Bulk assign packages to tags
