We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
We would like to see a remote management console, either application or borwser, that would allow us to manage our EventSentry settings and devices without needing to connect to the host server to access the application.

Thanks for the suggestion and apologies for the late response. This is definitely something we have on our ToDo list. Unfortunately this is a major undertaking which is why it has given way to other feature requests in the past. We'll bump the priority and re-evaluate the priority.
In regards to the suggestion from Mark, we'll look into providing a utility or script that can start maintenance mode for a host.

Second this, if nothing else the ability to drop a host into maintenance mode without opening the console.
