Dear Abdul,
EventSentry can forward Windows event log events to multiple destinations, but the most common destination for archiving logs is either the built-in PostgreSQL or a Microsoft SQL Server database. This is setup by default when you perform a new installation of EventSentry.
Database consolidation is normally setup automatically during the installation, but the following link should help explain how to set this up manually: https://www.eventsentry.com/support/tutorial/topic/event-log-consolidation/step/1
Unfortunately we do not currently offer customer support via chat, but I would suggest that you schedule a setup assistance session with our support team where you can possibly do an online meeting via the Internet.
I hope this helps.
